Refund Policy

Beta draft: Immunity of Negativity is in public beta. This policy is a working draft pending review by a qualified legal professional and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Refund window

New members may request a full refund within 14 days of their first billing charge. Requests after this window are evaluated case by case.

2. How to request a refund

Email billing@immunityofnegativity.com with your account email and reason for the request, or use the "Manage subscription" link from your profile.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
